The Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Tony McDaniel is out of jail now. When did he get in? it’s maybe late night on Saturday, or maybe early Sunday, after some kind of fight with his girlfriend at his home in Davie. He was released simply because of a $3,500 bond and he still has to deal with charge of domestic violence.
According to police officials, the 25-year-old South Carolina native returned from a night out with friends and then got into a fight with his girlfriend early Saturday at his home in Davie, which is near Miami. But McDaniel said in a police affidavit that his girlfriend attacked him. (I just have to wonder why it always is the man who gets arrested after domestic violence happened.)
McDaniel is now in his fourth season in the NFL. The first three seasons were spent with the Jacksonville Jaguars and he cam Miami and put on Dolphins jersey in 2009, having 16 tackles and 1.5 sacks for the team through the season.
