Cowboys receiver Williams sprained wrist and missed practice

As a player who was expected to be the team’s No. 1 receiver after Terrell Owens left the Dallas Cowboys, Roy Williams unfortunately sprained his left wrist during the team's Sunday morning practice.

Williams returned for the afternoon session, but the wrist was still so sore that the Cowboys had to send him for tests. X-rays were negative, so Williams would be day to day.
